With key sharing, the Owner can share unique keys via email, SMS, or even Messenger with anyone they want to grant permission to open the gate.

Select the "Device Settings/Key Management" menu item, then the "+Create New Key" button.

• Key validity start – when can the User open the gate?
• Key expiration date – how long can the User open the gate?
• Number of times it can be used – keys can be used once or indefinitely
• If all settings are correct, press the "Create New Key" button to send the key.
• Each sent key is considered a User.

The list of users invited via key sharing can be found in the Key Management menu. You can give the key a unique name (e.g. Temporary tenant), revoke the permission to open the gate with one click, or even resend this key to additional email addresses.

If the Owner sent the key by email, the User will receive two links in the email.

The first link takes the User to a website where they can immediately open or close the gate, and also see the name assigned to the key, the start and end of the key's validity, and the number of remaining openings if a limit has been set. By clicking on the second link in the email, the gate can be opened immediately, without the need to download the OPEN.ioting mobile application.
