Power supply and WiFi antenna mounting - OPEN.ioting Power+
Power supply from 12-24 V AC and 12-30 V DC mains
This is done using a separate two-pole connector marked V- V+. Power the module from a power supply that can provide the required voltage and the maximum current consumption of the module in a stable and transient-free manner, which is 500mA@24VAC and 1A@12VDC .
Important! With this connection method, the device must be installed in an IP67 mounting box!
When connecting a rigid wire or stranded wire, we recommend using a wire end ferrule, and the wire must be free of tension.
WiFi antenna mounting
Attach the WiFi antenna to the SMA connector. The antenna included in the package provides good transmission under normal reception conditions. If you experience any signal strength problems, use a different antenna with higher gain or find a more advantageous location for the module.
