How does the service work?
Thanks to the extended warranty, we will repair the product free of charge even after the warranty period has expired if it malfunctions.
Upon purchase, we provide a two-year factory warranty for the OPEN.ioting smart gate opener, which can then be renewed for up to two additional years via the mobile app.*

Important! The extended warranty can only be purchased 15 days after the expiration date!
The extended warranty can be purchased not only for two-year, but also for three-year devices.
- +1 year warranty extension: 3142 HUF + VAT = 3990 HUF**
- additional +1 year warranty extension: 4717 HUF + VAT = 5990 HUF**

The device malfunctioned during the extended warranty period, what should I do?
Before you send it back, please contact our technical support colleagues. They will investigate what may be causing the problem and inform you about the next steps.

How can you purchase an extended warranty?
You can purchase the extended warranty through the OPEN.ioting mobile app .
In the mobile application , 60 days before the warranty expires, a warning message will appear to the device owner under the dashboard (with a yellow background, then with a red background 30 days before the expiration), informing the user about the possibility of extending the warranty.

You can initiate the purchase of the extended warranty in the store by clicking on the message or by tapping the Extend Warranty button from the Settings menu.

You have 15 days after expiration to purchase the extended warranty.
* Based on a change in legislation, we provide a two-year warranty for devices purchased after July 1, 2024. The warranty period is one year for products purchased before June 30, 2024.
